The hotel's ambiance offers a serene escape, with beautiful landscaping that creates a peaceful atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking. we faced significant delays in getting our room keys, which caused unnecessary stress upon arrival.

The Deluxe Queen Room was clean, with AC, a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Loved the comfy seating area and inner courtyard view. Good shower pressure and free toiletries were handy. Close to the airport, with great food options nearby. Plus, the transportation to the airport was inexpensive and super quick.

The room was snug and comfortable, and I really appreciated the cozy seating area to unwind after a long day. They have a lovely little garden for some relaxation and a nice courtyard view to enjoy. The only hiccup was the charger issue I had, but it didn’t take away from my overall good experience. 😊

hidden hill is super close to the airport, which makes it a breeze to get there. the room was comfortable with nice amenities, including a private bathroom and flat-screen tv. also, the staff was really helpful, especially with printing documents for me! it's great for a quick stopover. you get a free breakfast, too, which is a nice perk.

the place could use some updates.

Recommended for quick airport convenience

The staff was friendly and cute, always ready to help. We needed a ride to the airport, and they called one for us within minutes, just perfect for our late-night arrivals!

It wasn’t the cheapest option out there but still reasonable.
